The votes have been tabulated. The students across
the state of Texas chose Shoeless Joe and Black Betsy by Phil
Bildner as the 2003-2004 Bluebonnet Award winner!
Many 3rd
grade students participated in the Bluebonnet program this year. The 3rd
grade teachers deserve a pat on the back for their help and support of
this Texas Reading tradition. In appreciation of this teacher’s hard
work, the library put their names in a drawing for a $25.00 gift
certificate to Red Lobster. The winner is...
